Grape People has recently been working with a major Finnish company that operates globally. We had the pleasure of facilitating their annual meeting of executives in London, 90 participants, senior management from all over the world. We had one day to harmonize the team and come up with a workable strategic plan for the future.
Initially we worked in 3 streams with 'stream' owner, then subdivided into 12 separate teams to record thoughts and suggestions. These were then prioritized and became actions the following morning!
The afternoon was spent running a café process with 9 sites and 9 key questions based around previous research. Again, the results were prioritized and all results recorded. This Public Limited Company, within three days of the facilitation, has already started to implement the findings and to strengthen their own communication within teams and networks.
